The property can only be used by the number of guests informed in the reservation. Furthermore, guests cannot be added to the property under penalty of, in case of non-compliance, incurring a fine of R$ 3,000.00 (three thousand reais). Furthermore, for each excess occupant, a fine that will be due in full and on each day of non-compliance, with no maximum time limit foreseen until the end of the lease, in addition to the interruption and immediate suspension of all services provided by employees/day laborers leased in the respective property.

Tenants may only receive guests for lunch, afternoon coffee, happy hour, or supper, among other receptions and celebrations, with express authorization and the proper hiring of extra employees.
Non-observance of the rule will result in a daily fine of R$ 1,000.00 (one thousand reais). And, for each excess occupant, a penalty will be due in full on each day of non-compliance, with no maximum time limit set until the lease's end date. In addition to interruption or immediate suspension of all services provided by the employees/day laborers in the respective property.

If the rule regarding entry with pets to the property is not complied with, a daily fine agreed upon in the amount of R$ 3,000.00 (three thousand reais) will be subject to and for each pet. This fine will be due in full and on each day of breach of contract, with no maximum time limit set until the end of the lease.

- For the operation of the property, it is mandatory to hire employees. The number of employees depends on the number of guests (values ​​on request);
- Events (lunch, dinner, happy hour, barbecue, among others) are not allowed;
- Penalties are fined for non-compliance with condominium rules after notifying the administration;
- This property is not pet-friendly;
- We ask for conscious consumption of water and electricity on the property so that there are no failures in the supply of both, maintaining an excellent experience for the group;
- Guests are not allowed to light fires on this property.

IMPORTANT! In compliance with good security practices, it is ESSENTIAL to forward, when making the respective reservation, COPIES OF THE IDENTIFICATION DOCUMENTS OF ALL the people involved for the release and access to the property, as well as the information on the BRANDS/MODELS and PLATES of all vehicles. Furthermore, the Airconcierge company maintains the policy and regulations for data protection. We are committed to complying with the legislation of the respective Law by taking all recommended security and governance initiatives, in particular by not sharing data and information—personal to third parties.
